My Story

Behind LECLOOP is a practical belief:

International growth does not happen by ambition alone.

It takes operations, logistics, roles, processes, partners, and people who know how to get things moving—together.

With LECLOOP, I bring together strategic thinking and hands-on international experience gained from developing, strengthening and scaling business operations across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

My work combines international business strategy, export operations, logistics and organisational capability to help companies turn growth ambitions into practical operational reality.

Throughout my career, I have been drawn to situations where something new needs to be built—or where existing operations need to evolve. Whether establishing new operating models, supporting market entry, strengthening export capability or improving international ways of working.

The common thread has always been the same: connecting business ambition with the operational capability needed to deliver it.

Over the years, I have worked across export trade, logistics, strategic operations, business transformation and mergers & acquisitions, incl. assignments in demanding and high-risk operating environments.

I have built organisations and operational structures from scratch, supported international market expansion, led multicultural and virtual teams, improved operational performance and helped organisations navigate change across complex global environments.

As my work has taken me from Europe to Asia, across North America and into the Middle East and Africa, one lesson has remained constant: international success is built on collaboration, trust and cultural understanding.

Just as importantly, it depends on the ability to adapt when markets, customer needs or operating conditions change—with determination, teamwork, and a steady hand.

I'm also a forever student. I hold a PhD with research focusing on corporate transformation through outsourcing, automation and digitalisation in the global ICT sector and MSc. in International Business, specialising in international operations and logistics management.

So, for the love of international business, export operations and growth in both people and business—shall we explore what your next steps could look like?
